Studying the effect of implementing knowledge management on financial profit of the internet and communication companies in iran

Abstarct: Today the base of development is not wealth and human force but it is the human knowledge and management ability of the knowledge. Studying the experiences and achievements of international organizations indicates the fact that innovation is not possible but in light of processing, development, record and publishing the organizational knowledge. Knowledge management is an endless process which starts from a simple conversation and gradually places in the mind and behavior of the staffs and finally changes to a new life style. The first steps of this process in our country have been taken for a long time, but like most processes have been left back since the very beginning, methodology of the present study is practical and descriptive. Considering data collection, it is correlational. Population of the present study includes 50 managers and experts of the central office of Pars Online Company specially the financial section. Sampling was done in combinational method (random class and clustering method) which is kind of probable sampling. The questionnaire was distributed among 38 participants according to Morgan Chart
